Your privacy.
This information explains how the website works and how you can contact TOGO.
Information you give us
The form asks for your name, email and a description of your project. Your company and phone number are optional. When you submit an enquiry, TOGO receives this information to review it and contact you about it. Do not include passwords, patient data or other sensitive information in your message.
Submitting your enquiry
Your enquiry is stored privately on TOGO’s server, with access restricted to handling it. When email delivery is enabled, a copy is also sent to the team. Confirmation that an enquiry has been recorded does not mean the email has been delivered. The website does not create user accounts or automatically subscribe you to marketing lists. If submission fails or is unavailable, the form tells you and offers alternative contact options.
Spam protection
The form uses ALTCHA verification on our own server. Verifications expire shortly and can only be used once. To limit repeated submissions, we temporarily keep a hashed IP identifier in server memory for up to 15 minutes. This protection works without analytics and does not send form content to an external CAPTCHA service.
Analytics and visit source
Optional analytics is enabled only with your consent. Aggregate measurements on our server count page views, contact clicks and confirmed enquiries. They do not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers or enquiry text, and do not distinguish unique visitors. Google Analytics may also be used when configured. We do not send your name, email, phone number or message in these events. Campaign parameters in the contact page address may be attached to your enquiry to identify its source.
Your preferences and requests
You can change your analytics preferences under Cookies & preferences. For questions about information you have sent us, its storage, or a request for correction or deletion, contact us at info@togo.al.
